While our wild abalone is perfect by itself, spending a little extra time plating your abalone dish makes it that much more special for you and your guests!
Generally, whole abalone is the most visually pleasing. However, if you end up slicing your abalones, don’t forget to show off the full piece to your guests.
1 Can Calmex Wild Abalone (whole)
1-3 Shiitake Mushroom Caps
1 Tablespoon of Butter
1 Handful of Chives
Heat pan and coat with butter to sear shiitake mushroom cap side down. Flip after 2 minutes.
Cover plate with horizontal chives and add whole Calmex Wild Abalone with mushrooms and garnish as desired.
Don’t forget to add any vegetable of your choice as decoration. Enjoy!
