Ceviche is a refreshing, healthy dish that is often made with seafood along with lime juice and spice to give it a kick. Usually, ceviche is made with more common shellfish such as shrimp, crab, lobster even octopus and squid. But why not with Calmex Wild Abalone? So we tried it ourselves and thought it was delicious!
1 can Calmex Wild Abalone
1-2 green onion
Half of a red onion
1-2 jalapenos (optional)
1 bunch of cilantro
1 bag of tortilla chips
Start with opening your Calmex Wild Abalone and cut into easy to eat cubes. Use as much abalone as you feel appropriate. Save some of the brine for later!
Dice tomatoes, red onion, avocado, mango, and jalapenos and throw in large mixing bowl.
Add salt and pepper to taste, add a tablespoon of Calmex Abalone brine to enhance the seafood flavor and mix thoroughly.
Roughly chop green onion and cilantro on top and squeeze half a lime on top.
Let marinate for 30 minutes to an hour in the fridge before serving.
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips and enjoy!
